Teknologiske fremskridt har skabt muligheder for individualiserede, tilg\u00e6ngelige l\u00f8sninger, som kan underst\u00f8tte mentale helbred gennem interaktive platforme og apps.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<h2>Hvorfor digitale v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer er essentielle i dagens mentale sundhedslandskab<\/h2>\n<p>Data viser, at mere end 50% af unge voksne i Danmark nu bruger mindst \u00e9n digital platform til mental sundhedsst\u00f8tte (<em>Kilde: Danmarks Statistik, 2023<\/em>).
